5. In order to achieve fast and appropriate service when consulting Mori Seiki Service Centers, we will supply the personal information required in (2) below to Mori Seiki Group Companies, Mori Seiki distributors, Mori Seiki associate companies and Mori Seiki suppliers

However, at the request of the individual concerned, we will not supply information to any third party.

Mori Seiki will take appropriate measures to prevent illegal access to personal information and the loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of personal information. Also, in order to ensure the security of personal information, we will conduct training and education of employees involved in handling it.
